You may want to work independently or perhaps attend an event for a group atmosphere. The best medicine is laughter and that is what happens when a group of women gather together at one of my workshops. For many people that is a loaded question that conjures up guilt and feeling overwhelmed. Those feelings often stop you in your tracks.
